Samuel Medina was born and raised in Puerto Rico and has lived in Tucson since 2006. He is married to Ruth, and together they have three sons: Jeremiah, Daniel, and Reuben. While pursuing his Master of Divinity (M.Div.) at the International Reformed Baptist Seminary (IRBS), he served as a pastoral intern at Tucson Reformed Baptist Church (TRBC) for four years. After earning his M.Div., he was ordained in August 2025 as a pastor of TRBC, where he leads the Spanish ministry and teaches sound doctrine to Spanish-speaking believers. Before attending seminary, Samuel worked as a mechanical engineer.
